Books and other products purchased from EBZ Publishing can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase.
4. Exchanges
